1. Our Philosophical Baseline
At PyCentric, we believe artificial intelligence is a powerful cognitive multiplier, not an excuse for reckless data exposure or unvetted automation. We engineer production AI assistants, document intelligence pipelines, and automated business systems that enterprise leaders can trust with mission-critical operations.
This Charter sets out our non-negotiable commitments to privacy, data sovereignty, and algorithmic integrity across every system we build.
2. The Five Pillars of PyCentric AI Governance
Pillar 1: Zero Public Model Training on Client Data
We strictly prohibit submitting client proprietary source code, confidential financial records, customer personal data, or trade secrets into public consumer AI chat interfaces where prompt data is used for model training. Frontier model integrations (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) are provisioned via commercial API endpoints with commercial terms of service, strict prompt sanitization, or private open-weight container instances (Llama, Mistral, Qwen).
Pillar 2: Anonymization & De-Identification by Default
Operational telemetry, system latency benchmarks, and error metrics may be analyzed to improve routing algorithms and response reliability strictly when all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and corporate identifiers are irreversibly stripped and anonymized prior to ingestion.
Pillar 3: Ground Truth Over Hallucinations
We reject black-box AI magic. We anchor all generative intelligence in deterministic ground truth using production Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, strictly scoped context boundaries, typed schemas (Pydantic / gRPC), and citation tracking to ensure zero hallucinated business figures.
Pillar 4: Human-in-the-Loop & Security Audits
Autonomous AI systems must never make high-risk financial, legal, or personnel decisions without human authorization. Every AI-generated code asset undergoes static analysis (`bandit`), container scanning (`trivy`), and senior developer review before production release.
Pillar 5: 100% Client Intellectual Property Sovereignty
All custom prompts, fine-tuned model weights, embedded vectors, and business logic developed under a client Statement of Work belong 100% to the client upon milestone payment settlement. PyCentric claims zero proprietary ownership over client-specific training data or output artifacts.
3. Model Transparency & Provider Diversity
We build model-agnostic software architectures. We do not lock clients into a single AI provider, enabling dynamic fallback routing between leading frontier models and sovereign on-premise open-weight models based on cost, latency, and compliance requirements.
